No. Just put your items into a bag (one bag per service is best). We’ll sort, count/weigh, and itemise everything once we receive it. You’ll get a detailed list of what’s included.

Neatly folded and ready to put away. If you’d like certain items pressed, please keep them separate — pressing is invoiced individually. 

Yes, there is a minimum order value of £20 to use our pickup and delivery service. 

For most items, our standard turnaround is 2–3 days. For more complex or delicate garments (like wedding dresses), it may take longer. If you’re in a rush, ask about our express or same-day service where available.

Yes. We provide collection and delivery to hotels, serviced apartments, and similar accommodation. Just let us know the property name and we’ll coordinate with reception or concierge. 

That’s fine. We can collect from or deliver to a secure spot that you arrange, or leave your items with a neighbour. Just let us know what works best when placing your order. 

Yes — you’re very welcome to drop your items off directly at our shop. We’re based at Unit 1, Co-op Buildings, Westerhope, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE5 5HL. No appointment is needed, just pop in during opening hours. 

We clean a wide range of clothing and household items — including suits, dresses, coats, shirts, trousers, and delicate fabrics like silk, wool, or velvet. We also handle household textiles such as duvets (fibre or feather & down), curtains, and other soft furnishings. 

Yes. If you don’t see your item listed, just ask! Bring it in or send us a picture, and we’ll let you know if we can clean it and what the cost would be. 

Yes. Our seamstresses can help with hems, zips, taking garments in or out, and more. Bring your item in and we’ll assess it and provide a quote before starting work. 

Yes — our skilled seamstresses are available every day we’re open. We also have a private changing room in-store, so you can try on garments while our seamstresses pin and advise on alterations to ensure the perfect fit. No appointment needed — just pop in. 

Yes — all cleaning and alterations are carried out on site at our Newcastle shop. This allows us to offer faster turnaround times, consistent quality, and the reassurance that your garments never leave our care. 

We use specialist techniques to tackle stains, from food and drink to oils and grease. While we always do our best, not every stain can be completely removed — but we’ll always let you know what’s realistic before we begin. 

No. Every order is kept separate to maintain quality, hygiene, and care. Your items are never mixed with other customers’ clothing. 

Dry cleaning is a method that uses solvents instead of water to clean fabrics. This process helps prevent shrinkage, fading, or damage to delicate garments, making it ideal for suits, dresses, coats, and special fabrics. 

Yes. We work with hotels, Airbnbs, care homes, restaurants, gyms, and offices. Business accounts benefit from tailored pricing, invoicing, and a reliable, regular service. 

Yes. Just let us know when you drop off or collect your items, and we’ll issue a detailed invoice.
